Michael owns Gel’s Kitchen with his wife Angelica. Angelica always worked in restaurant and always wanted one named after her. Everyone calls her Gel as a nick name, which is where the Gel’s Kitchen comes from. Michael had owned a restaurant 30 years earlier, but decided to take over his construction business full time. When he met Angelica she explained her dream and he said he always wanted to get back into it. Six years later they decided to take the chance and make the dream happen. Angelica and Mike both work at Gel’s, as well as other family members. “We are very lucky to have them and to have found this place.”

Michael was raised in Warwick. Angelica and Michael have been married since 2010. They purchased Gel’s Kitchen in October 2011. Together they have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
