Brett Luy is currently the President of Rhode Island FC, the state’s only homegrown men’s professional team, where he is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s business operations.  Prior to his arrival in Rhode Island, Luy previously worked for the United Soccer Leagues in Tampa, Florida for nearly a decade, most recently serving as its Executive Vice President, where he oversaw the operations of all USL properties and was a critical component of the organizations unprecedented expansion from 12 to 36 professional clubs during his tenure.  He also has extensive experience serving on various committees, holding positions as part of USL’s Labor Committee and Board of Governors, as well as serving on the United States Soccer Federation’s Open Cup Committee and Player Wellness Task Forces.
