Alice Hourihan
DiplomatAlice has served as a Diplomat for the Central Rhode Island Chamber for over 2 years. Her focus is to work with the members to help them get the most out of their benefits and connect to the people, products, and services that help them accomplish their goals. Alice served as an Energy Advisor for Franklin Energy, bringing energy efficiency to data centers and telecommunications customers in National Grid’s service territory. She has many years of experience working in the utility industry, including 15 years at National Grid. She has supported Sales teams while planning for future energy efficiency programs by working collaboratively with various stakeholders. She has worked in the Rates/Regulatory area at New England Gas Company, as well as at Boston Edison in energy efficiency. In addition to her work in the utility industry, she has marketing and market research experience in other industries that include banking, insurance, business-to-business direct mail, as well as the lottery industry (GTECH). Alice holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Providence College and an MBA in Marketing from Babson College. She is a member of the Narragansett Bay Quilter’s Association. Alice is a resident of Warwick.
