Yoga with Kim

Unlike the other big studios, Kim offers Small Personal classes. More one on one interaction to help you feel more at ease getting to the best you.
In this Hatha yoga class, Kim focuses on slow flow and alignment. This is done by using your breath and body to become more present with your practice and yourself. The pace is slow and strengthening. Kim works with each person to help find the variation of the pose that will work best for the individual person. You are encouraged to always honor and listen to your body’s needs with each pose.
