Michelle Masse has been a dedicated resident of Warwick for over 40 years. A proud alumna of Warwick schools, she pursued higher education at the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI), earning an associate’s degree in Administrative Office Technology, along with a certificate in Office Administration.

As the Office Manager at House of Hope CDC, Michelle plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s mission. With her hands-on approach, she is deeply involved in nearly every project and department, collaborating closely with directors, management teams, and staff. Her commitment to the nonprofit’s values is evident in her everyday work, ensuring the smooth operation of activities and providing assistance wherever needed.

Michelle is a firm believer in the mission of House of Hope CDC, which strives to affirm safe, stable housing as a basic human right. The organization works to address homelessness trauma, empower individuals, and advocate for systemic change to combat structural inequalities.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys staying active through exercise, traveling, watching sports, and reading. She values spending time in nature and cherishes moments with friends and family.
