All participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt.

This year’s T-shirt design and size will only be guaranteed for registrations received and paid for by November 1, 2024. All participants will receive a t-shirt.

Due to supply chain disruptions we can not guarantee all shirts will be available on the day of the Trot. If there are shortages we will arrange a predetermined time and location in Warwick, RI or participants can cover the cost of shipping and they will be dropped at your doorstep.

Entries are non-refundable.  Registrations are not acknowledged until they have been paid in full.  You may select invoice as an option during check-out but it must be paid prior to November 1, 2024 to guarantee a t-shirt in this year’s design and in your size.  Registrations must be paid in full prior to November 26, 2024 at 12:00 pm or a new registration will need to be completed on race day.

In consideration of this entry being accepted, I myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for personal or other damages against officials, walk/run sponsors, the City of Warwick, the Rotary Club of Warwick RI, Rotary Foundation DAF, Warwick Rotary Charitable Fund Account # 421, or their agents.
